You confirm that access to and use of online gambling services is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Platform. Diana4D expressly excludes liability for any Player who accesses the Platform in contravention of applicable local laws.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual or household is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts and permanent platform ban. This applies regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method, or device used.
Prohibited Persons: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of diana4d and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold Player Accounts. Accounts belonging to such individuals will be immediately closed upon discovery.
To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Diana4D reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Diana4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify diana4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Diana4D is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and may require verification before activating certain account features. KYC documentation typically includes:
Diana4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
The diana4d platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of eligible Players. You may use the platform to place bets, play casino games, participate in 4D lottery draws, and engage in esports wagering for lawful entertainment purposes only.
You agree that all information you provide to diana4d — at registration and at all subsequent points of interaction — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform. Diana4D accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical failures on your end, including but not limited to disconnections, software errors, or device malfunctions during live bets or casino sessions.
You must not use any software, tool, script, bot, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage, automate betting activity, or manipulate the Platform. Any Player found to be using such tools will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

Minimum deposits vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM50. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits may apply depending on your payment provider and account tier. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling section of their Account.
All funds deposited must be owned by the Player. Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit source is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Diana4D maintains full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
All Account balances and transactions for Malaysian Players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). For cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction processing.

Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering. Diana4D reserves the right to require alternative verification if method-matching is not possible.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers available on diana4d are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount, or to the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the specified time window or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
While a bonus is active, Players may not place individual bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit (typically between RM250 and RM500 per bet, as specified per promotion). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being voided and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
Attempting to manipulate or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk hedging strategies to exploit wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Diana4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Diana4D further reserves the right to decline to award a bonus or to recover a bonus already credited if, in its reasonable assessment, the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where explicitly permitted by a specific product (e.g., live cash-out features where available). Diana4D reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at technical fault odds, or in circumstances where the integrity of the market is in question.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per sport or game category. These limits are published in the Platform and may vary by account tier. Diana4D reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player on any market at its sole discretion.
Diana4D reserves the right to void bets that were placed as a result of a manifest error, including pricing errors, incorrect market descriptions, technical faults, or data feed failures. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
In-play (live) betting is subject to slight delays inherent in real-time data processing. Diana4D reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspicious market movements or data integrity concerns. Bets placed after an event's outcome is known will be voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the diana4d platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequence: Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the diana4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation of the website — is the property of diana4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of diana4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, diana4d and its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:
Diana4D's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that Player's Account at the time of the relevant incident.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. Diana4D is not responsible for any gambling losses sustained by Players in the normal course of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting diana4d support. Upon Account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to KYC clearance and these Terms.
Diana4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which diana4d holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through diana4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
